Introduction

SK5295H is a high-gain, low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for GNSS applications including GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou. The device achieves 20dB gain and 0.65dB noise figure at 1176MHz. The SK5295H operates from a single 1.6V to 3.6V supply, drawing only 6.5mA of DC current. Shutdown leakage current is as low as 1uA. The SK5295H is available in a DFN1.5X1.0-6L package.
