Introduction

MNA-3A+ is a broadband MMIC amplifier based on PHEMT technology with high active directivity. The device integrates a complete matching network and most of the bias circuitry within the package, reducing the need for complex external components and enabling extremely simple application. It is designed for single-supply operation from 2.8V to 5V, well-matched to 50Ω systems, and housed in a compact 3×3mm 8-lead MCLP package suitable for high-density PCB layouts. The MNA-3A+ is part of the MNA series and is available in both die and packaged forms.
