Introduction

Honeywell's TBF Series force sensors are compact, flush diaphragm pressure sensors designed for customers requiring simple devices, suited for applications where media compatibility and low dead volume are critical. The TBF Series features a precisely controlled diaphragm height, making it useful in applications where force is applied to the sensor through a flexible membrane, such as infusion pumps. The sensor is internally unamplified, providing infinite resolution, allowing customers to perform their own amplification to take full advantage of the maximum resolution of the raw sensor output and to implement any algorithm required by the application. The sensor is internally temperature-compensated and calibrated.
