Introduction

This series is a surface-mount chip-type device that provides overcurrent and overcharge protection. It incorporates a fuse element that ensures stable operation under normal current conditions and interrupts current in the event of overcurrent. It also includes a resistive heating element designed for use in combination with voltage detection devices such as ICs and FETs. When overvoltage is detected, the heating element is electrically energized to generate heat, thereby blowing the fuse element to achieve overvoltage protection.
