Introduction

1117-1.0A is a low dropout linear voltage regulator with 1.0A output current capability. The series includes both fixed and adjustable output voltage versions, with output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%. To ensure stability of the IC and power supply system, it incorporates built-in thermal protection and current limiting protection, and employs trimming techniques to guarantee output voltage accuracy. Available in SOT-223, TO-252-2L, SOT-89, and TO-220 packages.
