Introduction
This device is a low-side overvoltage protection chip with an integrated NMOS switch featuring 35 mΩ on-resistance, which effectively reduces the voltage drop across the input. The maximum input voltage rating is 30V. The OVP threshold can be set via an external resistor divider using the formula V_OVP = 0.54 × (R1+R2)/R2 (V), or alternatively set via an external Zener diode and resistor using the formula V_OVP = Vzener + 0.54V.
