Introduction

This series is a highly integrated, stable, and reliable pressure sensor module. The product consists of a MEMS pressure sensor chip and a high-performance signal conditioning circuit. Calibration coefficient data stored in OTP can be used for product calibration; pressure calibration and temperature compensation are automatically performed by the test system, with calibrated pressure and temperature output in digital I²C format. The product adopts a standard SOP6 single-port package, featuring a compact structure, ease of use, and guaranteed high-performance, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. It is suitable for differential pressure detection of non-corrosive gases, with broad application prospects in healthcare, smart home appliances, industrial control, and other fields.
