Introduction

This dual slim-type Cat5e RJ45 metal frame pass-through connector supports front or rear panel mounting. It fits standard rectangular cutouts and can be installed from the front or rear of the panel, with multiple hole-mounting options, requiring no soldering or punch-down termination; each connector style uses standard cable. The RJ45 straight-through coupler is made of ABS UL94-V0 material, with phosphor bronze contacts plated with nickel followed by 3–50 microinches of gold; the PCB uses FR4 material; the frame is die-cast and available in nickel-plated or black-plated finishes. The connector supports T568A and T568B wiring, complies with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN50173 standards as well as ANSI/TIA/EIA 568B.2, and is rated at 125VAC RMS 1.5A with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C.
