Introduction

These foil-free flat-back SS16 rainbow crystals are perfect for decorating your circuit boards. They're similar to the crystals used to embellish clothing, bags, and phones, but unlike most crystals on the market, these have no reflective foil backing — which means they allow light to pass through and sparkle. This makes them less ideal for decorating plain or dull objects, but perfect for adhering over LEDs and NeoPixels. Add extra sparkle to a Circuit Playground Express, or use them in e-textile wearable projects. Apply a small drop of glue over the opening of a NeoPixel for that extra touch of brilliance. Note that the foil backing is typically what provides much of the glitter effect, so without it, you won't get that extra flashy look. Each pack contains 100 crystals, so losing a few on the floor is no big deal. Individual crystal dimensions: 3.7×1.3mm.
