Introduction

The AQxx-01FLTG series unidirectional TVS diodes employ proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These diodes provide high ESD protection for electronic equipment. The AQxx-01FLTG series TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ±30 kV ESD strikes (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. In addition, they can safely dissipate 200 W peak pulse power under a 10/1000 μs waveform.
