Introduction

The MS4525DO is a ceramic-based PCB-mount pressure sensor. Utilizing a proprietary UltraStable™ process combined with the latest CMOS sensor conditioning circuitry, it delivers a low-cost, high-performance digital output pressure (14-bit) and temperature (11-bit) sensor designed to meet the most demanding requirements of OEM customers. Fully calibrated and temperature-compensated, the MS4525DO achieves a Total Error Band (TEB) of less than 1.0% across the compensated pressure range. The sensor operates from a single 3.3 or 5.0V DC supply and requires only one external component for normal operation. This rugged ceramic sensor is available in side-port, top-port, and manifold-mount configurations, capable of measuring 1 to 150 psi of absolute, gauge, differential, vacuum, or compound pressure. The 1/8-inch barbed pressure port provides a secure connection to 3/32-inch ID tubing.
