Introduction

The MPR series is a very small piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides a digital output for reading pressure within a specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. It is calibrated and compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity over a specified temperature range via an onboard ASIC. This product is designed to meet the demands of high-volume medical device and commercial appliance applications.
