Introduction

The M528H-BS20 module is a highly integrated BLE and SLE module with built-in BLE5.4/SLE1.0 and RF circuitry. The RF section includes a power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, T/R switch, and integrated power management. The module supports three bandwidth options — 1M, 2M, and 4M — with a maximum data rate of 12Mbit/s and extended coverage range.
