Introduction

The MS8422N is a 24-bit high-performance asynchronous sample rate converter with an integrated digital audio interface receiver, supporting IEC60958, S/PDIF, EIAJ CP1201, and AES3 interface standards. Audio data is input via the audio interface receiver or a 3-wire serial audio input port, and output through 2 three-wire serial audio output ports. The MS8422N can be controlled via the control port in either software mode or hardware mode.
