Introduction

The TSSP93038DF1PZA is a latest-generation compact IR detector module for presence detection, proximity detection, or light curtain applications. It provides an active-low output in response to 940 nm IR pulses. The pulse frequency should correspond to the carrier frequency shown in the presence detection component table. This component is not qualified to automotive specifications.
