Introduction

The MSA321 is a tri-axis, low-g accelerometer with I²C digital output, designed for consumer applications. It features user-selectable full-scale dynamic ranges of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g, and supports acceleration measurements with output data rates from 1Hz to 1000Hz. The device is housed in an ultra-compact (2×2mm, 0.95mm height) LGA package, guaranteed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
