Introduction

AW86502DNR is a high-sensitivity, ultra-low-power, omnipolar Hall-effect switch IC with internal pull-up and pull-down capability. It employs a sleep clock system to reduce power consumption, with a typical total current consumption of 0.8μA at 1.8V supply in normal operation. Primarily designed for portable devices such as laptops, smartphones, and Bluetooth earphones. The supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V supports portable applications. To minimize PCB footprint, the device is available in an ultra-compact SON package: DFN 1.6mm×1.2mm×0.37mm - 4L.
