Introduction

B-connectors are available in two types: dry fill with white sleeve and silicone fill with blue sleeve. The housing is plastic heat-shrink tubing, the metal shell is brass, and the inner sleeve is beryllium copper with bright nickel plating. The sensor is compatible with 12V DC alarm panels, operates in 24-hour zones and open-loop circuits, and is wired similarly to a two-wire smoke detector. The TANE BOX WSPR66A is a 20-watt stainless steel box with dual tamper protection and dual-tone siren. The enclosure is stainless steel with dual reed-switch tamper protection; speaker voice coil impedance is 8 Ω; rated input voltage is 12V DC; voltage range is 6–15V DC; sound level is 115 dB/m; current consumption is 280 mA at 12V DC with 8 Ω load; tone frequencies include steady-state 1200 Hz and warble 800 Hz to 1200 Hz; operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C; dimensions are 5.67 in. H × 5.63 in. W × 4 in. D (144 mm × 143 mm × 100 mm); color is stainless steel. A TANE LED strobe light (sold separately) can also be added for combined visual and audible warning.
