Introduction

The Y3144E series high-temperature unipolar Hall effect integrated sensors consist of an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation unit, Schmitt trigger, and open-collector output stage. The input is magnetic flux density and the output is a digital voltage signal. These sensors operate in single-pole mode, suitable for rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 85°C or -40°C to 150°C, supply voltage operating range is 3.8V to 30V, load current capability is 20mA, and the package is SOT23-3L.
