Introduction

The SS495A is a linear Hall-effect IC fabricated using bipolar process technology, integrating a Hall voltage generator, amplifier, and Fuse trimming circuit. The output voltage is proportional to the magnetic flux density perpendicular to the surface of the IC's marking side. In the absence of a magnetic field, the output voltage equals half the supply voltage. The IC features low-noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering. It operates reliably over a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 10.5V, with a current consumption of only 5mA at 5V supply. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 150℃. Packaged in TO-92, compliant with lead-free process standards.
