Introduction

The DDF49E is a low-power, wide linear range, wide voltage, wide temperature range linear Hall sensor optimized for unipolar magnetic-axis keyboard applications. Its output voltage varies proportionally with the supply voltage and the sensed magnetic field strength. The DDF49E operates typically at 3.3V, with a default zero-point output voltage (no magnetic field) of 2.05V at VDD = 3.3V, low operating current, and a supported operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Internally, the DDF49E integrates a high-precision current source, temperature compensation module, Hall array, amplifier, and driver module, achieving high linearity and strong EMI immunity across the full temperature range.
