Introduction
The QXx223 series devices are optocouplers consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared LED, a monolithic silicon random-phase photo-TRIAC, and a main output TRIAC. These devices are designed to interface between electronic controls and loads for operation control in the range of 115VAC to 240VAC.
