The IS352 series products adopt a plastic SOP4 package, optically coupling an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter with a silicon planar high-voltage Darlington phototransistor detector. With a robust coplanar dual-mold structure, the series offers the most stable isolation characteristics. These products are designed for general-purpose use in electronic applications, including office automation equipment, communication devices, audio/video equipment, electrical applications, and instrumentation.
