Introduction

The LN6206 series are low dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, low quiescent current positive voltage regulators developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is low, enabling large output currents. To prevent the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits are built in. The use of compact packages such as SOT-89-3, SOT-23-3L, and SOT-23-3B allows for high-density mounting.
