Introduction

The SIT14503Q series is an ultra-low quiescent current, low-dropout linear regulator with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 40V. The series offers fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V, or an adjustable output voltage from 0.65V to 24V via external resistor feedback, with a typical feedback voltage of 0.65V. The device can deliver a load current of up to 300mA. In shutdown mode, the quiescent current is less than 1μA; under no-load conditions, the quiescent operating current is less than 6μA. The series integrates overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature shutdown, and auto-restart functions, along with a built-in soft-start circuit. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, available in EMSOP8 and SOT89-5 packages.
