Introduction

The 662K is a high ripple rejection, low power, low dropout CMOS step-down voltage regulator with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. It features an extremely low quiescent current (typical 8uA), capable of delivering 250mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining good regulation. Thanks to its ultra-low dropout voltage and quiescent current, this device is ideally suited for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
