Introduction
This series is an ultra-low quiescent current, low-dropout linear regulator with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 40V. Fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V are available, along with an adjustable output version ranging from 0.65V to 24V, capable of delivering up to 300mA of load current. In shutdown mode, quiescent current is less than 1µA; under no-load conditions, quiescent current is less than 6µA. The output voltage can be set via an external resistive voltage divider, with a typical feedback voltage of 0.65V. The device integrates overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, and auto-restart functionality.
