ME6239 is a low dropout, low quiescent current linear regulator fabricated using CMOS process, integrating a reference circuit, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. Input voltage up to 30V, output current up to 250mA. The internal feedback voltage sets a fixed output voltage, ranging from 1.5V to 12V.
