XTLV74333 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low quiescent current LDO linear regulator. The device operates from a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, delivering up to 300mA output current with a regulated 3.3V output voltage. Its innovative design achieves a no-load quiescent current as low as 15μA, making it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The device provides excellent noise performance without an external noise bypass capacitor, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response. By combining ultra-low noise with extremely low quiescent current, the XTLV74333 maximizes battery life in portable devices. In space-constrained, high-performance applications, the XTLV74333 can be paired with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet requirements. The device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
