Introduction

The TPL9052 series are 500mA high PSRR, ultra-low noise, low dropout linear regulators with high output accuracy. The series supports fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V and operates stably with ceramic output capacitors of 1µF or larger. The TPL9052 series features high PSRR of 88dB at 10kHz and ultra-low noise of 8.6µVrms. These characteristics make the TPL9052 series ideal for noise-sensitive applications with high upstream power supply noise, such as high-performance analog devices or high-definition imaging equipment. The TPL9052 series integrates multiple protection features: output reverse current protection, output short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and overload protection. All these features significantly enhance system reliability and simplify circuit design under varying operating conditions. The TPL9052 series is available in a SOT23-5 package, with a guaranteed operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
