Introduction

The DS8201 series is a family of ultra-high operating voltage linear regulator ICs featuring high thermal dissipation packaging, supporting input voltages up to 125V DC or transient. The ultra-low quiescent current of as low as 3μA makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered and long-duration standby system applications, helping reduce standby power consumption while effectively extending standby time and battery life. Pulling the EN pin low enables shutdown mode, in which quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The DS8201 series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across a wide input voltage range of 3V to 125V and throughout the full output load current range of 0mA to 80mA.
