Introduction

The TPL810 series is a family of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators. The series supports up to 24V input voltage and 180mA output current, featuring low quiescent current and high power supply ripple rejection. The TPL810 series remains stable with output capacitors ranging from 2.2μF to 22μF, with a recommended value of 4.7μF ceramic capacitor. The series offers 73dB high power supply ripple rejection at 100Hz, making it well-suited for noise-sensitive applications. The ultra-low 2μA quiescent current makes the TPL810 series an ideal choice for battery-powered portable devices. Current limiting and thermal overload protection circuits enhance reliability under heavy-load conditions. The TPL810 series provides fixed output voltage options from 2.8V to 5V, as well as adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 15V, with ±2% voltage accuracy under operating conditions. The series is guaranteed to operate over a junction temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
