XTLV70233 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low power LDO linear regulator operating from a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 300mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Its innovative design achieves an ultra-low quiescent current of only 15μA at no load, making it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The device delivers excellent noise immunity without requiring additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response performance. By combining ultra-low noise with extremely low quiescent current, the XTLV70233 maximizes battery life in portable devices. In space-constrained, high-performance applications, the XTLV70233 can be used with 1μF ceramic input and output capacitors to meet requirements. The device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
