Introduction

This device is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulator operating from a 2.2V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 300mA output current with a fixed 1.8V output voltage. Its innovative design achieves a quiescent current of only 15μA at no load, making it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. It delivers excellent noise rejection without requiring an additional noise bypass capacitor, while maintaining superior PSRR and line/load transient response. The combination of ultra-low noise and extremely low quiescent current helps maximize battery life in portable devices. For space-constrained high-performance applications, it can be used with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors. Available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
