XTPS7A0533 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low power LDO linear regulator powered by a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 200mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Leveraging innovative design techniques, its quiescent current as low as 15μA at no load makes it well suited for battery-powered portable devices. The device delivers excellent noise immunity without additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response performance. Through the combination of ultra-low noise and extremely low quiescent current, XTPS7A0533 maximizes battery life in portable devices. In space-constrained high-performance applications, XTPS7A0533 can be paired with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet requirements. Offered in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
