Introduction

XTPS7A2033 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low power LDO linear regulator powered by a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 300mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Using innovative design techniques, its quiescent current as low as 15μA at no load makes it ideal for battery-powered portable devices. It delivers excellent noise rejection performance without requiring additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR and line/load transient response. The combination of ultra-low noise and extremely low quiescent current maximizes battery life in portable devices. For space-constrained, high-performance applications, it can be paired with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet requirements. Available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
