Introduction

XLP5907MFX-3.3 is an ultra-low noise, ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulator operating from a 3.7V to 5.5V supply, capable of delivering up to 250mA output current with a stable 3.3V output voltage. Leveraging innovative design techniques, the quiescent current is as low as 15μA under no-load conditions, making it well-suited for battery-powered portable devices. The device delivers excellent noise rejection without requiring additional noise bypass capacitors, while maintaining outstanding PSRR as well as line and load transient response performance. The combination of ultra-low noise and extremely low quiescent current enables the XLP5907MFX-3.3 to maximize battery life in portable applications. In space-constrained, high-performance applications, the device can be paired with 1μF input and output ceramic capacitors to meet design requirements. It is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
