Introduction
TD1466A is a monolithic, step-down, switching mode converter with an integrated power MOSFET. It delivers 0.8A peak output current over an 8V to 60V input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and simplifies loop stabilization. Fault protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The TD1466A requires a minimal number of common external components and is available in a SOT23-6 package.
