Introduction
GN34063A is a monolithic DC-DC converter IC integrating a temperature-compensated reference voltage source (1.25V), comparator, oscillator with effective current limiting and duty cycle control, driver, and high-current output switch transistor. With minimal external components, it can be configured as a boost, buck, or voltage-inverting DC-DC converter.
