Introduction

GP3134 is a high-frequency, synchronous rectified, step-down switching mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It delivers 3A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The ECOT control mode provides ultra-fast transient response, simplified loop design, and very tight output regulation. The GP3134 requires a minimal number of off-the-shelf external components and comes in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
