Introduction

The HT3080A is a synchronous boost converter IC featuring a current-mode control architecture. Operating at a switching frequency of 600kHz with automatic frequency adjustment for high efficiency, it supports a wide input voltage range of 3V to 30V. An integrated 20A power MOSFET with low on-resistance simplifies external circuit design while enabling high power density and high efficiency. The control loop can be flexibly configured via an external compensation network to optimize transient response performance. Built-in protection features including UVLO, overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection ensure reliable operation under abnormal conditions.
