Introduction

NSC1002 is a low-noise charge pump DC/DC controller capable of generating both positive and negative voltages simultaneously. It features an input voltage range of 2.3~3.8V, with output voltage ranges of 4.5~6V and -4.5~-6V. Its simple peripheral circuitry makes it ideal for compact battery-powered applications. The NSC1002 output voltage is adjustable based on operating mode, supporting three modes — X1.5, X2, and X3 — where the output voltage is a multiple of the supply voltage. The NSC1002 is housed in a space-saving DFN-12 package.
