Introduction
The TPQ05100x series are synchronous boost converters with a quiescent current below 260 nA. The devices feature an ultra-low undervoltage lockout threshold, supporting various battery voltages as low as 0.9 V. The ultra-low 260 nA quiescent current improves light-load efficiency, thereby extending battery life. The TPQ05100x series offers multiple voltage options, supporting fixed output voltages from 2.5 V to 5 V and an adjustable output voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V. The devices feature a true shutdown function that prevents leakage current in shutdown mode, further reducing system-level quiescent current. The TPQ05100x series provides buck mode and pass-through mode to support different application scenarios. In buck mode, the device can still regulate the output voltage to the desired level. In pass-through mode, the TPQ05100x device operates as a switch, with the output voltage following the input voltage. The TPQ05100x is available in adjustable and fixed voltage versions, offered in DFN2X2-6 and WLCSP-6 packages.
