Introduction

The TPP30208x series is a simple, easy-to-use synchronous buck switching mode converter with 2A output, integrating power MOSFETs. This series integrates low RDS(ON) power transistors in a TSOT23-6 package, with built-in soft-start, loop compensation, and protection features. The TPP30208x series provides a highly compact solution capable of delivering 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The series is available in two switching frequency versions — 500kHz and 2.2MHz — and supports both light-load PSM mode for quiescent current savings and forced PWM mode for maintaining a fixed switching frequency. The device comes in a 6-pin TSOT23-6 package and supports a wide operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
