Introduction

The ASP4644 is a 4-channel output DC-DC buck regulator in a BGA77 package, featuring integrated power MOSFETs and inductors. It supports a wide input voltage range of 4~14V, with each channel capable of outputting 0.6~5.5V at up to 5A load current. For higher load requirements, all 4 channel outputs can be connected in parallel. The ASP4644 provides overcurrent, over-temperature, short-circuit protection, and output tracking functions. Designed, fabricated, and packaged to automotive-grade standards, the commercial-grade ASP4644S offers heavy-ion test reports, total dose reports, proton test reports, and laser-simulated single-event effect reports. On-orbit flight heritage is available, and the device has been qualified and deployed in volume production across multiple commercial programs.
