Introduction

This series of high-precision, low-temperature-drift voltage references features 0.05% initial accuracy and a 2.5 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. All devices support ±10 mA sink and source current with low dropout voltage. Their high accuracy and excellent temperature stability make them ideal references for high-resolution systems. The series is available in 8-pin SOP and MSOP packages with multiple output voltage options. All devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
