Introduction

CM5405/CM5407/CM5400 are high-precision voltage reference ICs that provide 5V, 7V, and 10V outputs respectively with minimal variation against input voltage, operating over a wide supply voltage range of 7.2V to 40V, while supporting bidirectional load currents up to 10mA. This series employs patented circuit techniques combined with resistor trimming to achieve an ultralow temperature coefficient of 3ppm/°C maximum. The CM5405/CM5407/CM5400 are available in SOP8 packages with an optimal operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
