Introduction

REF3xx is a low-power, precision, low-dropout voltage reference family in a SOT23-3 package. The small size and low power consumption make REF3xx ideal for a wide variety of portable and battery-powered applications. Under normal load conditions, REF3xx can operate with a supply voltage as low as 2mV above the specified output voltage, except for REF312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V. All versions are specified over the wide temperature range of −40°C to 125°C.
