Introduction

The LM385-1.2 is a micropower two-terminal bandgap voltage reference zener diode. It operates over a current range of 10μA to 20mA, featuring very low dynamic impedance and excellent temperature stability. On-chip trimming ensures tight voltage tolerances. Since the bandgap reference uses only transistors and resistors, it exhibits low noise and long-term stability. The careful design gives the device excellent tolerance to capacitive loads, making it easy to use in most reference applications.
