Introduction

ZGR10XX is a high-precision voltage reference series. Featuring a compact SOT23 package, it delivers best-in-class load regulation of 7.5ppm/mA, line regulation of 4ppm/V, and initial accuracy of ±0.2%. Its 100uF capacitive load capability and 2ppm/mA load regulation at -10mA output current make it particularly well-suited for use as a reference voltage source in ADC and DAC applications.
